I bought a t-shirt on the 25/02/2026 for R799.95 at Tygervalley Mall, and only wore it once then noticed that the stitching is loose (very badly sown) when my partner showed me loose threads hanging. 06/03/2026 I wrote them an email informing them I wasn't happy with the item, and Priya Chetty responded saying they will send a courier to come get the item the following day. Today is the 12/03/2026 and there's still no communication from any courier about fetching the item. For the price they expect customers to pay, not only are the garments of poor quality, it seems their customer service is worse. This is not the 1st time I'm complaining about the quality of their clothing and each time I get the same bad service and it frustrating.
1st time order, such a disappointment. Their service bad, the courier company they use worse!!!
Since the 14/06 I've informed them about wanting to claim for a cellphone I've been waiting for forms to claim till today, this is not even waiting for the process, it's just forms. I'm pretty sure me getting a new device will probably take 10x more time than this if getting a claim form is such a struggle.
A package that wa supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 30th April is still not delivered because they're not only unprofessional but they act as if they're doing me a favor. This is worst courier company I've ever had to deal with.
Nedbank offered me consolidation loan on 06/07/21, of which I took and did the application online and it was approved, I spoke to an agent the day after to confirm the status as nothing was paid into my account. The agent told me that everything was fine and it was still being processed. On the 08/07 I do another follow up, only to be told many different stories by different consultants, finally I decided to speak to their sales dept, after giving me a run-around I had to answer some stupidly vague questions and was told I failed authentication and now I have to go to a branch. This is unacceptable, besides the fact that Covid-19 is on the rise and I don't want to go to a branch, I refuse to re-apply for this again because of your stupid authentication process that asks stupidly vague questions. This is the first time I've seen a bank take this long to process a loan and in order for them to pay the money I still have to jump through hoops. I want this resolved today
This is the first time I'm claiming from miway (for something as small as a refrigerator) and it's been more than a week of lies, incompetence and no communication. I have to call all the time to find out what is happening, only to find out GW Tech (their consultant) is as much of a liar as their consultants, reporting I stopped them from processing my claim till this year, while I've never spoken to anyone from their company. And why would I prolong a claim while I'm left in this Cape Town heat with no fridge and food getting rotten? This kind of service needs to be stopped and exposed.
I bought a pair of jeans online, after they were delivered I noticed that the order was wrong. I notified them and they sent a courier to pick the parcel up, that was in the beginning of July, and till today they dont want to refund the money back. Inspoke to numerous call centre agent and their forever changing time frames came and went and nothing has been done. I wasn't expecting this from a "top class" store.
I just spoke to a Nedbank consultant (Nathan Nelson) at least that's what he told me his name was. I requested a proof of payment in order to send it to the relevant company as they need it obviously for their books and Nelson simply refused to send me the doc because "it will take him long" to compile. I have never been so disappointed by the lack of customer service this guy just simply told me that he won't do it!!!
I made a small loan from Nedbank and paid a few installments until I could afford to totally pay it off, which I did on the 18/03/20 after contacting Nedbank, given the settlement amount and was told that the matter would be settled and no further deductions will occur. To my suprize, on the 31 Mar, 1 Apr, 25 Apr, 28 Apr (2 deductions) were made for this particular account. I contacted their incompetent service center and was told that there was nothing they could do. I want this investigated and for Nedbank to refund all these moneys with interest from the date of deduction.
