I bought my Jetour at Boksburg, the after-sales service was pathetic because my X70 was advertised as a demo model and when i collected the vehicle I discovered it had a previous owner. The Sales person was just never to be found, and eventually i engaged with the Branch Manager, who was also full of promises and dismall. I had a problem when i take a u-turn, there is a flapping sound on the drivers side, according to Jetour SA there is nothing wrong, but the noise is notacible. I also lodged a few complaints about the drivers seat which is supposed to move when you get in and out of the vehicle, which is not doing that, the same problem continues to pop up. I messaged Jetour SA two weeks ago, and to date no response. This is a new brand, however, i will never recommend it to other people, not with my experiences.
My experience so far was really good. I just started out and i am excited about trading from the training/orientation I have received to date. I would definitely recommend Diversity Smart Trade College if you are intersted in trading and making money...ultimately that is what its about!
I have used this platform on a few occassions, and definitely had response from the Service Providers I had issues with. In most instances the matters were resolved. This is a great platform for both the consumer and the business to talk and for others to see the good in businesses and the not so good. Well done Hellopeter, this is a great initiative!
I am a Discovery Bank platinum account holder. I lodged a complaint on my online purchasing that does not go through. I have lodged it twice and on two occasions the banking consultants told me they will get back to me, but never did. In the meantime I lost my flight bookings which I needed to pay online. This is just pathetic that a growing bank don't see customer service service as a priority, knowing they don't have a physical bank.
After all the discussions on Hello Peter, and waiting for a solution, Rain came to collect their router, on the 1st July, yet no response on my refund request! Well done to a useless, Network Service Provider. You should be ashamed, providing services to the people of SA, it’s companies like you that give our country a bad name when it come to service delivery and after sales service. I also had no response on my refund, I am glad that I am done with them. I’m signing up with WiRUlink, it can’t be worse than Rain.
I cancelled my rain agreement with an ultimatum that they deliver on what they promised, guess what, they rather harass me for a payment. I email them to call me to sort out my issues, no response. Evens on this platform they promise to revert back to you, nothing happens. Once again pathetic service, as long as you pay!
I still experience problems with my network. I was promised that the technicians will come out to fit my external router on my roof, more than a week ago, to date no one came out. I enquirer about a refund for the days that I did not have network, no response. As I’m writing this review, my network is continuously hanging. How da hell donyou watch movies like this. Their service is not getting any better, in fact it’s worse! Full of promises, no delivery, as long as they are happy to receive you R699 every month on time!
Rain is the worst network ever, they have incompetent technicians. You will be waisting your money! They have the worst after sales service, the network is unstable, they don’t respond to queries, You wait days for a response. Pathetic beyond! Companies like this puts SA’s name In disrepute!!
After my complaints on Hellopeter, Rain responded by calling me and sending two guys to install an external router. Guess what, same problem still exist! After they installed I expected a call to check whether it is working....nothing. I lodged complaints again, no response. We are back to where we were. The customer service and after sales is really bad!
Rain is still pathetic, I must still experiencing the same problem of network hanging every 5 seconds. Their technicians tells you the same things day in day out. They don’t care, as long as you pay that R699, monthly! The worst service I have ever received. I asked them about getting an antenna, no one responds. If somebody complains almost every day, you then need to come up with a solution, sorry, not RAIN! How pathetic can they still be!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
