Terrible service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Golden Era Motors. After purchasing a vehicle, the dealership sent the registration documents to the wrong email address, which resulted in the car never being registered in my name. Despite paying THOUSANDS in admin fees, I ended up having to handle all the admin and registration myself.

To make matters worse, I never received a refund for the admin fees, and their responses throughout the process were unhelpful and very sarcastic. This is not the level of professionalism I expected when buying a vehicle.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Golden Era Motors. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and double-check everything before doing business with them.
