Shocking golden rose

We sat down and ordered drinks. Upon reveiving the drinks we ordered our food. Many people entered the restaurant in the mean time. An hour later still no food. Other people get their food. I asked the manager and he said it is coming. 10 min later I asked the waitress. Same reply. So we got up and left. So did other guests too. Manager is nowhere and his staff too. After 5 years of support it will not happen again
