Customer service

I ordered on the 5th February 2022 meals for family at town square Golden rose. Firstly i was asked to wait outside and they will bring the food i waited 35min for the meals i went inside to see it on the counter. Went home to find out one of the order is made wrong. After being charged extra again no apologies and waiting an additional 20min i got the food. Golden rose need to train their staff to work with public and also learn to take orders correctly. Really dissapointed in the service and how a client is treated
