Bruce, you are so very very wrong. You are now blocked into a corner.
- When money is owed to you, you’re a little more on the ball. But excellent workmanship? MY POOL IS BROKEN!!!!
- You offer broken promises, even with official letters saying you will fix the pool BY 30 April. Not on. By!!! Meaning, you had the WHOLE of April. + YEAR!!!
- This is absolutely bad planning and deprioritisation on your part because you won’t be getting any money out of this . Knowing that you’re meant to be fixing the pool, should you not have arranged for the bladder????
- I never said you shouldn’t come because I’d be in hospital -mind you it was only a day. I just communicated to you that I will not be available on that specific day because I’m professional and over communicate my availability. I cannot say the same for you!
- We live in South Africa, we’ve just barely come out of a drought and you want to waste an entire pool of water? Making it seem as though we’re unreasonable? Come on. Please. How can you have that expectation???
- You have offered NO APOLOGIES, REMORSE, or anything of the kind because you clearly believe that you’ve given the best possible service! You are delusional!!!!

Please folks, do not use this company to build your pools. He will take your money and he will run with it, deprioritising you and leaving you with a broken pool.
