Do not use GSP
I’m surprised that this business has so many positive reviews. Please please don’t use this company. We have been waiting almost a year for repairs to be done on our pool.
Finally we received some commitment for them to come today and now they’re coming with more stories. They even offered an official letter that the pool will be fixed by end April, we’re now on May.
Shocking shocking service. Please do not use them!

The reason why we have so many positive reviews is because our service and workmanship is excellent, as it was to you when we initially did your pool, and if our service was not you would not have requested us to also build your swimming pool at your 2nd property after doing the renovation for you. When we initially offered to carry out the warranty repairs you advised that we could not as you were going into hospital for a operation. Our warranties on our pools do not give a time frame as to when the warranty repairs are going to be carried out. We obviously do our utmost best to attend to it asap but unfortunately there is sometimes circumstances that prohibit this. Yes we had arranged to come to your property today between 11 and 12 to start emptying the pool and confirmed that all our water bladders are on other sites so was not able to save the water in your swimming pool, please noting that the warranty only covers the repairs to the swimming pool and not the cost of refilling the swimming pool. It was noted to you that should you insist on wanting to save the water that you would need to then wait until Monday when our bladders are available again, to which you refused. We have also stuck to our word by saying that repairs would be carried out at the end of April, taking into account that the 30th fell over the weekend and yesterday was a public holiday therefore today being the first working day to attend. We are still more than happy to uphold the warranty as promised and confirm that our bladders will be available on Monday to attend, please confirm. Regards Bruce

Please check out their Facebook page for very similar experiences to mine. Hellopeter isn’t accurate. I am not the only person who has experienced this shoddy service.
- When money is owed to you, you’re a little more on the ball. But excellent workmanship? MY POOL IS BROKEN!!!!
- You offer broken promises, even with official letters saying you will fix the pool BY 30 April. Not on. By!!! Meaning, you had the WHOLE of April. + YEAR!!!
- This is absolutely bad planning and deprioritisation on your part because you won’t be getting any money out of this . Knowing that you’re meant to be fixing the pool, should you not have arranged for the bladder????
- I never said you shouldn’t come because I’d be in hospital -mind you it was only a day. I just communicated to you that I will not be available on that specific day because I’m professional and over communicate my availability. I cannot say the same for you!
- We live in South Africa, we’ve just barely come out of a drought and you want to waste an entire pool of water? Making it seem as though we’re unreasonable? Come on. Please. How can you have that expectation???
- You have offered NO APOLOGIES, REMORSE, or anything of the kind because you clearly believe that you’ve given the best possible service! You are delusional!!!!

03 May 2022, 13:35We will see you in court. My partner and I, as well as all the folks who put reviews of similar experiences on Facebook, have proven that your after service is atrocious meaning that you’ve taken our money and left us with broken pools.
Because of your delay, and me having to fill this pool because it’s losing water, means I’m paying way more than I have to on my water bill. On top of that, your suggestion to just let a pool full of water run down the street.
Lastly, we’re going to have to pay another supplier to fix your broken pool hence you are taking our money and running with it.
You are in breach of 2 contracts, Bruce and sending disgusting messages to my partner. We have saved it all.
Because of your delay, and me having to fill this pool because it’s losing water, means I’m paying way more than I have to on my water bill. On top of that, your suggestion to just let a pool full of water run down the street.
