Terrible Service

Please take note of this NON RECOMMENDATION. On Saturday 2 May, our Samsung washing machine stopped working. We were recommended to call Trey on 0785911890. He came and spent about an hour here and stripped the machine. He then gave me a price of R3600 which when I queried he stated he replaced parts. Only to happy to have the machine, I paid him. It did 2 loads on Sunday and then packed up again. The payment was made to an account called Goldtec. We phoned him on Monday and he said he would come the next day early. Needless to say by Thursday he had still not come and ignored our calls. The only way we got him to answer was by using a different phone. Eventually a friend of mine told us do an eco wash and the machine worked. It stopped working this morning and when I phoned him , he was reluctant to come. I lost it with him and he then phoned my wife to say he would come fetch the machine but we would have to pay again if more work was needed. I certainly wouldn’t allow him near.
