Poor after service
Spoke to Trey on 25 May 2020 regarding my dishwasher. Over the phone he confirmed that the mother board must be replaced. Upon arrival at my house he informed me that the pump must be replaced and the machine needs a service. Work was carried out and payment was made with 1 year guarantee. On 7 July I contacted Trey and informed him that the machine is doing exactly the same as before and that he must come and change the pump again. On 8 July he told me that they will come and check. Today 28 July, he is ignoring my phone calls as well as messages. Just needs to warn future customers of the poor after service.

Terrible Service
Please take note of this NON RECOMMENDATION. On Saturday 2 May, our Samsung washing machine stopped working. We were recommended to call Trey on 0785911890. He came and spent about an hour here and stripped the machine. He then gave me a price of R3600 which when I queried he stated he replaced parts. Only to happy to have the machine, I paid him. It did 2 loads on Sunday and then packed up again. The payment was made to an account called Goldtec. We phoned him on Monday and he said he would come the next day early. Needless to say by Thursday he had still not come and ignored our calls. The only way we got him to answer was by using a different phone. Eventually a friend of mine told us do an eco wash and the machine worked. It stopped working this morning and when I phoned him , he was reluctant to come. I lost it with him and he then phoned my wife to say he would come fetch the machine but we would have to pay again if more work was needed. I certainly wouldn’t allow him near.

Terrible Service

Dishwasher in worse working order
My LG direct drive dishwasher needed a new motor. The guys took it away to do this. It was returned and I paid for it. It had been very badly damaged on the top (as it another machine had been put on it) and the door was dented. This was the 16th of August 2017. After washing for the first time my kitchen flooded. I called them and they promised to come back to have a look. I tried to use it again and this time it flooded and tripped the electricity without finishing the wash and erroring. They came back and said they had no idea why it was leaking and I must try it again and let them know. They left. I discovered what I thought it was and have taken pictures of it leaking. Its coming from the under part of the dishwasher which they say is impossible. I have called them, sent text messages and they are ignoring my calls now. I can't touch the dishwasher without being shocked. Its now the 4th of October and I still have had no joy from them and I can't use my dishwasher.

Non Responsive Company: Goldtech Electrical & Appliance Repairs
<p>I recently contacted Goldtech Electrical and Applicance Reapirs. I looke on the internet for Samsung Appliance Repair contractors. I found their contact details and I requested them to call out to do a repair on my Samsung Washing Machine. They sent a technician out to assess the machine. Two young back men arrrived at my home to assess the machine. They told me that the machine needed a new drum. They quoted R1600. They charged a call out fee of R170. They subsequently gave me an invoice and took the machine away for repairs. They kept the machine for 3 days and returned it three days later. I paid them in cash the full mount that they quoted. Whn they left I discovered that the machine was still in the same condition. It was still leaking badly. I trie to contact the company but they keep avoiding my calls. I have tried several times to reach them without success. They keep their phones off all the time. It is now al,ost two weeks later and I still cannot reach them. I have sent them an e-mail to an e-mail address requesting a refund. I still have not received the refund. I would apprecaite it if anyone knows anything about this company. I noticed that another person has had the same bad expereince as I have. They clearly have no intention of refunding the money. I am requesting anyone who knows anything about this Company to contact me. I can be contactd on e-mail if anyone is able to assist. The Company has no registered address on the Internet. I have been trying for two weeks to locate them. **********

Returned my dishwasher with pieces missing, then avoided my calls
<p>My dishwasher required a PC board replacement. I contacted Goldtech Electrical and Appliance Repairs, and they came out, took the dishwasher away & fixed it, charging me just under R2000. I was happy until I realised the top tray's retainer pieces were now missing.</p> <p>A call to the business owner got me vague promises to bring them back, which never happened. Suddenly he and his partner would not take my calls and emails and now, more than a week later, they remain uncontactable. Funny how contactable they were when they wanted their money - which I paid promptly (same day). Their guarantee means nothing...</p>
