Non Responsive Company: Goldtech Electrical & Appliance Repairs

<p>I recently contacted Goldtech Electrical and Applicance  Reapirs. I looke on the internet for Samsung Appliance Repair contractors. I found their contact details and I requested them to call out to do a repair on my Samsung Washing Machine.  They sent a technician out to assess the machine. Two young back men arrrived at my home to assess the machine. They told me that the machine needed a new drum. They quoted R1600. They charged a call out fee of R170.  They subsequently gave me an invoice and took the machine away for repairs.  They kept the machine for 3 days and returned it three days later.  I paid them in cash the full mount that they quoted. Whn they left I discovered that the machine was still  in the same condition. It was still leaking badly. I trie to contact the company but they keep avoiding my calls. I have tried several times to reach them without success. They keep their phones off all the time. It is now al,ost two weeks later and I still cannot reach them. I have sent them an e-mail to an e-mail address requesting a refund. I still have not received the refund. I would apprecaite it if anyone knows anything about this company. I noticed that another person has had the same bad expereince as I have.  They clearly have no intention of refunding the money. I am requesting anyone who knows anything about this Company to contact me.  I can be contactd on e-mail if anyone is able to assist. The Company has no registered address on the Internet.  I have been trying for two weeks to locate them. **********
