Ingco service for generator was top notch.
I've seen some negative reviews of Ingco here on HP and felt compelled to give you my positive one. One needs to remember that people normally come to HP to complain, not complement, and that's understandable. When I had a minor issue with my Ingco 5.5kVA generator, Ingco really did bend over backwards to help. I bought the generator from Gimme online but Ingco themselves sent an excellent, courteous and professional technician, Brandon, to resolve the issue. He was at my home for over an hour and a half ensuring that the issue was resolved and in fact replaced the entire generator on the spot with a brand new one, assembled it and drained the petrol out of the old one (there was 10 litres) for me and transferred it to the new one. He even offered to go and get more petrol to top the generator up. It's been quite a while since I've seen this level of service. I'm not in any way associated with this company, this is my first purchase of an Ingco product and so far I'm vey impressed. The build quality of the generator, the minor issue aside, is top notch.

Aggressive, rude and rough with my dogs
Terrible service. Rough with my dogs. The rude, sullen groomer did the exact opposite of what my wife very clearly asked him to do. He shouted at us and got very aggressive when we CALMLY pointed this out to him. He cut my dog, making her bleed, and then tried to tell us that it was "there before". Gaslighting at its finest. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. They are terrible.

Scammers sell garbage then refuse refunds
DO NOT BUY from this company, we bought a portable air cooler that leaked like a sieve. They are scammers, actually told us to fix the cooler ourselves and refused to refund or replace it. Look at the company here: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/takyuetinternational.com. All reviews from actual consumers who bought from them indicate they're scammers.

Sasol Garage: ***** puncturing tyre scam at The Square Shopping Centre, Sunninghill?
<p>Three times in a year while my wife has refueled at the Sasol Garage, The Square Shopping Centre, Sunninghill, attendants have "found" the SAME type of ***** (not a nail, a *****) puncturing her tyre. They then tell her they can fix it - for a over a R100! Always the exact same type of ***** three times– what are the odds of that, not to mention the ***** having to face upright to puncture a trye right up to the head?!</p> <p>Three times makes it almost comically obvious what's going on.</p> <p>When she confronted the manager there, he did nothing. Draw your own conclusions and be warned!</p> <p>Please let me know if anyone else has experienced this at this garage.</p>

Returned my dishwasher with pieces missing, then avoided my calls
<p>My dishwasher required a PC board replacement. I contacted Goldtech Electrical and Appliance Repairs, and they came out, took the dishwasher away & fixed it, charging me just under R2000. I was happy until I realised the top tray's retainer pieces were now missing.</p> <p>A call to the business owner got me vague promises to bring them back, which never happened. Suddenly he and his partner would not take my calls and emails and now, more than a week later, they remain uncontactable. Funny how contactable they were when they wanted their money - which I paid promptly (same day). Their guarantee means nothing...</p>
