I would like to compliment Goldwagen Pretoria Gardens staff,they are always professional and keen to listern as well as help all their customers.keep reaching for the stars,i have been buying vehicle spare parts as well as service kits from their spares shop for almost five years now if not longer and most of their staff remains humble as well as professional.Today the 26 February i was assisted by Mr NDUMISO keep reaching for the stars.

Garbage customer service
Ridiculous customer service at golfwagen vereeniging by this black Zulu man. I come in looking for windscreen wipers for my car and gave him my vin number, he was rude and disrespectful ans said he does not use that and did not offer any further assistance. I feel sorry for him.

Good day. I physically took the actual sample to your Worcester store ( flasher unit for a i10 Hyundai ) The salesman the sold me a unit that he claimed is universal .NO MENTION THAT IS IT DOES NOT WORK I MAY NOT RETURN IT ) The machinic fitted the relay and did not work . I took it back to the same salesperson and was told that they do not return electronic parts . I then left the item with him without a refund . This type of business i find ********* and WILL NOT SET FOOT IN THAT STORE EVER . NB : If the saleman was uncertain of the unit he should have advised that it is not the same as the unit i presented to him . that i find *********** .of the salesman . regards Rafiq

LAMBDA Probe Sensor
I bought the part yesterday which was already opened on the box and I accepted the part. Today when I was returning the part I was told it was fitted in the car before. However, when I received the part opened I didn't inspect it if it was fitted before so I had to take the fall for it. I think they took advantage of me and my kindness. NEVER EVER TAKE THE PART THAT IT'S OPEN FROM GOLFWAGEN MENLYN. The guy who assisted me was nice KOBUS but his manager is not. Now are stack with the part THAT can't Use. MY R1600. 00 IT'S GONE.

Petrol pump
I bought 3 months ago a petrol pump at golfwagen they told me they cannot reimburse me they are going to send it away .2weeks was the waiting period .i waited more then a month and a half for my money. My car is in every day use so i had to make use of other people's transport .is threre no way that they can do a better service .why must we as clients suffer the lost and the gain all the way .

Bad service from Kliptown
So I went to Kliptown to buy control arm bush and CV joint inner and outer parts,I told the consultant it's 2014 polo vivo sedan hhe even went outside to view the car to my surprise once my machinic start to fix the car they gave me wrong parts which are smaller ,We trust your consultant to be competitive when serving us not for them to give us wrong parts ,I used my car for business now I am stuck due to your stuff incompetency,money don't grow from trees we work hard for it now I am stuck with wrong parts what do I do,please advice.
