Bad service from Kliptown

So I went to Kliptown to buy control arm bush and CV joint inner and outer parts,I told the consultant it's 2014 polo vivo sedan hhe even went outside to view the car to my surprise once my machinic start to fix the car they gave me wrong parts which are smaller ,We trust your consultant to be competitive when serving us not for them to give us wrong parts ,I used my car for business now I am stuck due to your stuff incompetency,money don't grow from trees we work hard for it now I am stuck with wrong parts what do I do,please advice.
