Petrol pump

I bought 3 months ago a petrol pump at golfwagen they told me they cannot reimburse me they are going to send it away .2weeks was the waiting period .i waited more then a month and a half for my money. My car is in every day use so i had to make use of other people's transport .is threre no way that they can do a better service .why must we as clients suffer the lost and the gain all the way .
