Complaint and want compensation

I wrote a review already but it was deleted on my side by mistake im writing it again regarding gonubie hotel ,I was treated very bad, the tap was not wrking,the toilet was also not wrking, I reported nd they gave me another room,it was the same, I asked fr iron so tht i prepare fr the next day as I was going to wrk, till the next morning I didn't receive the iron I went out like tht ,imagine I paid R1100 ,the lady tht ws at the reception said she will help me nd gv me everything I requested for but when I went to the reception there was noone.,I felt like I wasted my money ,it's very painful that you see that other people they give attention to but others they don't,I don't know what cause them to like that,I was very disappointed, because I left all other bnb and hotels trusting the. ,I paid R1100 for nothing
