This is my second complaint, firstly it was the same as this one but there was no response I want to complain about the service at this hotel, I paid R1050. Cash nd imagine toilet was not wrking properly, I ask fr iron to iron to iron my clothes they promise to bring till morning I ended up going to wrk with those terrible clothes,they changed me to another the other room also had a problem. When I went to the reception to report all this there was noone there were as the lady said she will be there knocking off in the morning .I regret my stay there,I feel like R1050 was too much for that kind of a service.Aircorn was not wrking, a lot was happening, I want to be refunded or compensated.
