Complaint want compensation

I went to gonubie hotel when I had ,very poor services ,bathroom was not working and reported it, they changed me to another room, still having same problem when I went to report noone was on the reception desk whereas the lady said she is wrking night she will be there till morning, I asked for the iron ,she said she will bring it till morning Theresa's no uron,I left the next morning with My clothes like that ,as if they coming from a mouth of a *** ,I was not happy after paying R1100 just for a night.
