Disgusted
Goodhope doesn't treat their staff with respect. The under pay staff and treat them like dogs. It's discussing knowing that such a reputable business treats staff so badly. Management are *********** and bias. Staff works for years and they need to beg for their money that's rightfully theirs. This must STOP! You are imbarrasing

Excellent Customer Service
Such excellent customerservice received today at GoodHope Meat Hyper. I entered the store and the doors closed immediately as it was closing time. I bought polony and plastic packets and the manager Matthew, asked if i have everything i need. I told him i actually came for a hindquarter but i will come in the week seeing that they are closed. He immediately said they can cut one for me and he will arrange for two people to cut. He was one of those two persons cutting. The other cutter said they broke the record by cutting a hindquarter so fast. A staff member took pictures for the teamwork. Matthew stayed throughout the process, there were 4 people assisting and they were very helpful. Was a very pleasant visit to the store. The floors were slippery as they were cleaning and another stff member walked with me making sure i did not slip. Now that is excellent customer service. Thank Yu Matthew and staff of Good Hope Meat Hyper.

Genuine Care for Customers
In December I bought a whole lamb from the newly opened Airport branch. The blockman was given a written request of how I wanted the meat cut, but he didn't follow the instructions. When I was packing the meat it had a smell and looked pale. We cooked some of the mince on the day I bought the meat. It had a funny smell and tasted off. The next day we fried chops which also had a much stronger smell and was oozing tons of fat. I contacted Reaaz Ahmed and he asked me to bring the meat back including some of the meat that I had pre-marinated. He took my cutting order and asked me to leave it with him. The next day the replacement meat was delivered to my door, cut to specification and neatly packed. This was the best meat we have eaten, lean, tender and delicious. Well done to Reaaz and his team.

The perfect butcher
Always great service and quality. I buy normally online when I can't get to the store as i live in Kuilsriver, and i find it so easy and efficient, the customer service is fast and today i had to be somewhere and Good Hope Meat Hyper made sure they got my order to me before i left my house, a big shukran to the team of Good Hope Meat Hyper.

Excellent service for Good Hope Meat Hyper
I placed and order online and it was delivered on time, my only qualm was the macon that came with my order, in that it had more fat to meat ratio. I then dropped them an email via their website to mention my disappointment and thought that would be the end of that. However, I was very pleasantly surprised when the next evening just on 6pm, a knock on my front door led to me receiving a replacement vacuumed sealed pack of macon, with almost no fat on it! Thank you Good Hope Meat Hyper for excellent service
