I am so irritated, I have been getting non stop sms for payment for tv license for someone else. Goodhope doesn't treat their staff with respect. The under pay staff and treat them like dogs. It's discussing knowing that such a reputable business treats staff so badly. Management are *********** and bias. Staff works for years and they need to beg for their money that's rightfully theirs. This must STOP! You are imbarrasing
I think wikideals needs to improve their customer service. The response time is bad. I placed an order, they sent me a voucher with an expiry date of June 2024 yet I bought the voucher 2 weeks back. How sad
So this is officially my 4th complaint. Does Telkom not care what their customers say about them? I was told on the 25th July 2024 they will do a deduction of R500 due to their own incompetence. Today is the 28th July 2024 and no deduction was made. If I make this payment they will run a naedo and again it will reverse as there would not be money in my bank account. I am angry, frustrated . Hi After sharing the fact that Telkom wanted to debit my account even though the account is in advance, yesterday my account was blocked because according to Telkom I owe them R300...shocker... Hi I have paid my account in May 2024 at PnP, the same month a debit order ran. I left it as I knew my account would be in advance and would cover June d/o. To my astonishment a debit order of R208.70 was tried from Telkom That's is not the first time this is happening and I don't know how many people this is happening to. I am also 100% sure this won't be the last. Today morning it was tried again, but my sim contract is fixed at 99. So can someone competent call me back on 0764332332
Yoco is just a waste of money, they have way too many rules. Your sales cannot be a certain amount because you are too high risk. What nonsense is this?. I have never heard of a business is too high risk. Payments now gets refunded and the business owner has to get the payment a different way. What an inconvenience. I won't invest in this Yoco machine
After submitting my complaint I received emails and the issue was sorted. Not sure if the consultants were taught customer services, even if you a collections company there is a way to spoke customers. I hope they change their attitudes as I too work in a callcentre
I have been getting calls whoe week from agents saying I need to pay a vodacom account, in April 2023 someone committed ***** on my name . All ***** affidavits was sent to vodacom. From there no feedback was received .This week all of a sudden I'm getting calls again.while I was explaining what happened the consultant dropped the call. Due to financial issues I couldn't pay my TV loc on time I paid it in Jan 2 24. MBD consultants called me again so rude, I told her I paid and advised the amount I paid. She told me who told me to pay that amount and dropped the call. Very disrespectful. They need to stop calling me
