I went to this Drakensberg Golf & Spa resort after Christmas and a lot of things were not working. The service was so poor and there was no manager on site to solve problems. When I eventually left after hours of waiting to check in; The speed point wasn't working to reverse my payment which the manager, Kevin, on the phone said the staff should reverse. So they gave me a form to claim refund then i left. I filled the form and sent it to them from Cpt on the 28th. It took 100 phone calls until I was given the big **** in the Finance office whose name is Varoon. For 3 days he kept on saying "we are paying today" then the next day and the next. Wait! He sent me a **** Proof of Payment with a FNB logo. Woah!!!! I'm still not paid my refund but I'm sure gonna show this to FNB. Not my branch but RMB Board. What a ****! Did I tell you that they first sent me a POP with someone else's name on? I'll get that person because surely they are ****ming him also with lies. The reason I went from a myriad of places in Cpt to this pathetic place was sentimental. This is the resort I went to for my honeymoon in 1992 with my late husband. I couldn't believe such a poor service. I'm gobsmacked by lies from a finance office!
