Several calls to Gooderson, frustrating experience. Need to sell my timeshare. Gave me tel number n email address of a Mrs Cheryl Otto. Calls go to voice mail. Doesn't bother to return calls. Her email address doesn't exist.

Stayed at one of gooderson leisures resorts in Mtunzini it's called Mtunzini Forest Lodge. Booked the weekend away. On the Saturday morning we locked up and left for the beach and arrived in the afternoon to find our bags with all belongings ******. The lodge had done absolutely nothing about the situation. Useless accommodation don't waste your time

Stayed at one of gooderson leisures resorts in Mtunzini it's called Mtunzini Forest Lodge. Booked the weekend away. After a disappointing check in at North Beach Durban Apartments. I checked in here at Gooderson Leisure Silver sands 2. Warm welcoming Gugu at the reception and a friendly security. The stay was pleasant and I would book again

I went to this Drakensberg Golf & Spa resort after Christmas and a lot of things were not working. The service was so poor and there was no manager on site to solve problems. When I eventually left after hours of waiting to check in; The speed point wasn't working to reverse my payment which the manager, Kevin, on the phone said the staff should reverse. So they gave me a form to claim refund then i left. I filled the form and sent it to them from Cpt on the 28th. It took 100 phone calls until I was given the big **** in the Finance office whose name is Varoon. For 3 days he kept on saying "we are paying today" then the next day and the next. Wait! He sent me a **** Proof of Payment with a FNB logo. Woah!!!! I'm still not paid my refund but I'm sure gonna show this to FNB. Not my branch but RMB Board. What a ****! Did I tell you that they first sent me a POP with someone else's name on? I'll get that person because surely they are ****ming him also with lies. The reason I went from a myriad of places in Cpt to this pathetic place was sentimental. This is the resort I went to for my honeymoon in 1992 with my late husband. I couldn't believe such a poor service. I'm gobsmacked by lies from a finance office!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT GOODERSON LEISURE SILVER SANDS 1.kWAZULU NATAL DURBAN I had a horrible experience..infact a nightmare at Goodersons Leisure Silver Sands 1 witha booking made through BOOKING.COM. I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT AS I WAS INSTRUCTED.I was looking forward to the stay from the 15th -17th Decemeber. I did not get what i paid for,i was very angry and still am. I paid for 2 beds on the day of the arrival i only found 1 bed and told me that my kids will sleep on the couch. I did not allow that, i fought with them ,,they didnt help me ,so i had to look for a diffrent location to sleep,drove around 11 to 12PM with my kids and my kids crying in the car. They promised a refund ,now they are Telling me stories. I WANT MY MONEY IN FULL. I MA NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Kindly Take Note We book at Natal Spa every year for a relaxing break. Unfortunately this stay has been the worst. Firstly we were put in a room thats close to the staircase. The noise has been unbearable. On Saturday( the day we arrived) we were excited to use the jacuzzi and Hydro. We come/travel all the way for these facilities. How dissapointed we were!! The jacuzzi was not working. It was not heating. The hydro shower was not working. I logged complaints but was told that the cables needed to be replaced and will only get fixed next week. Guy!! This is not on! Its a peak holiday. My husband and ilook foward to chilling in the hydo and jacuzzi. Then we find a big cocroach in my room, that just sealed the deal. This was not the holiday i expected. To the manager!! I do expect a kind recompensation for all my above complaints as this holiday did not live up to my expectations. I have phoned reception with my complaints but im still waiting for a response. Fathima - 072 178 6996

Have I been ****med by Gooderson Leisure Corporation? I have been dealing with Cheryl Gooderson Otto who is the COO of Gooderson Leisure Corporation and Managing Director of Sentinel Timeshare (Pty) Ltd, who sold my Fairways Timeshare at Drakensburg Gardens, which part of Gooderson Leisure, over 6 months ago, and I just can't seem to get my money out of her. There is just one excuse after the other. Either she is away on holiday, ill, or dealing with a ****, then the incorrect banking details were put onto the deposit slip, and then I'm told I need to wait for the next pay run. I can't get her to return my calls. This is just completely unprofessional and so frustrating. I need my money and short of handing that matter over to my Attorney, which then will cost ME money in the long run, I don't know what to do!!! Why is it that these big players just seem to think it's okay to mess people around like this?
