Burger King Lenasia Quater Mall
Burger King. Quater Mall, Lenasia On 5th February, online order with uber eats. Both my son and I had food poisoning. Burger was tasteless. My first order from Burger King. Definitely my last. Dissapointed

Albany bread. Tigerbrands
Albany bread is basic in every home. End October, I sent Tigerbrands picture of discoloured white bread. It was damp, with crumbs. Sliced, so it was out of shape. I bought burger rolls in past. Found black particles on bottom of roll. Not appetising. To date, no decency of response from Tigerbrands. Email address on package does not exist.

Gooderson Timeshare @ Fairways
Several calls to Gooderson, frustrating experience. Need to sell my timeshare. Gave me tel number n email address of a Mrs Cheryl Otto. Calls go to voice mail. Doesn't bother to return calls. Her email address doesn't exist.

Poor service
May 13th, FNB Lenasia, Ext 1. Waited patiently, realised we not been called. I enquired as to delay. 2 staff absent. Atrocious. Surely FNB can afford to get other staff to assist. No, they expect clients to wait for hours.

Snowflake cake flour Infestation
Emailed Premier regarding Cake flour with tiny insects on 26.02.2025. Communicated with Sibongile Baloyi 5 X. Last she asked me for pictures. Photograph was unsuccessful as insects are tiny. I suggested they collect as it was 2 × 2.5kg. Dissapointed. To date no response
