I was attended to by and well spoken, knowledgeable and patient agent Eugene van der Walt, he was helpful with my bookings and went the extra mile when I needed to cancel a bookings and get my credits and points reallocated. His service was superb. A huge THANK YOU to Eugene🙏🏼

I have been a client of iExchange and l have found most consultants very helpful.ln recent years l have found Devashnie Govender to be exceptional. Bought time share and received a complimentary holiday for 4 night but when I try to make reservations I’m told to make a payment and I’m even scared now that this timeshare is all ****

Dealing with Benthea was a pleasure. I had a situation that my points expired and the day after expiry needed assistance in reactivating them and assisting in loading my additional points that I banked as I was booking a week in one of the resorts.
