The Royal Atlantic in Cape Town is outstanding.
I have been on holiday at Timeshare Resorts over the last 20 years, in KZN, Gauteng and Cape Town but my current experience at Royal Atlantic Hotel equals or even surpasses the best of my holiday experiences This resort is close to the Seapoint Strand/ Fores**** where hundreds of walkers and runners are on the promenade. Royal Atlantic is in the relatively quiet Marais Road. Royal Atlantic is quiet and peaceful place to spend a restful few days or week.The staff, including those at reception are warm and helpful at all times.The Manager Chris Erasmus is skilled and obviously generates a high standard at all times. The general care and neatness of the hotel is exceptional.The unit we occupied was incomparable to my other holiday venues, in my view.The rooms were neat and clean with attention given to detail.Much has been spent on aesthetics in the hotel generally and in the unit to enhance the ambiance of the place.Everything one needs is there, and everything works ( unlike some of the highly graded places we've been to) The cleaning staff do a wonderful job of keeping the unit warm and welcome. Although we do not have young children, the hotel caters more than adequately for children with a lovely games room and a putt putt course.A covered pool adds to the appeal of the Royal Atlantic. I would strongly recommend timeshare holidaymakers and others to look into Royal Atlantic.l was a little concerned when l booked as l had never been there and was not quite sure as to what to expect.l was overwhelmed by the excellence, hence my review. I will certainly revisit Royal Atlantic for a memorable holiday in the future.

Exceptional service from iExchange
I have been a client of iExchange and l have found most consultants very helpful.ln recent years l have found Devashnie Govender to be exceptional. She is always pleasant and cheerful and has iExchange clients interests foremost.Her guidance on selection of resorts which the average holidaymaker finds difficult is certainly appreciated. She always ensures that documentation is processed efficiently.iExchange is privileged to have a consultant such as Devashnie. Excellent Travel Claim Service from Bryte Insurance
I made a travel claim in December 2024 after delayed baggage in lndia and delayed arrival in South Africa.l contacted Bryte and was assisted throughout by Pridence Tsolo.Firstly she was considerate and sympathetic and assisted me with getting my documents through to Bryte.Bryte accepted my explanations and proof of purchases and informed me on 23 January that my claim would be paid in a day or so.Prudence Tsolo handled my claim efficiently and professionally. Although l have been insured with Bryte previously, this was my first claim.l am throughly pleased with the service from Bryte and will insure with them always. Mike B
