Bad broker experience

In my case there is a lack of knowledge about policy conditions causing they say its not covered or for less covered. Their broker Franceska Snaith is butt hurt when she is corrected the whole time and her ego is very bad. I wonder how many clients were covered according the policy but get informed they are not. In short my experience with them is the lowest of all Fortunately I was advised by the insurance company another, they said the best, broker And they are, correct, fast, knowledge and friendly.
