Goodsure Brokers
<div>In my case there is a lack of knowledge about policy, conditions, causing they say it is not covered or partial covered Their lady staff members show a lack of accuracy and their level of knowledge is low. The lady broker/director is the same and when she is corrected many times by the client her huge ego is hurt. I wonder how many clients were covered according the policy but get friendly informed they are not, losing thousands of Rands My experiences I had with Goodsure is the lowest I ever encountered. The owner of Goodsure does not react on emails. My previous broker, he retired, I had for 18 years was a gem. The insurance company advised me another broker, their best performing broker. This new broker is fast, has knowledge and is professional</div>

Bad broker experience
In my case there is a lack of knowledge about policy conditions causing they say its not covered or for less covered. Their broker Franceska Snaith is butt hurt when she is corrected the whole time and her ego is very bad. I wonder how many clients were covered according the policy but get informed they are not. In short my experience with them is the lowest of all Fortunately I was advised by the insurance company another, they said the best, broker And they are, correct, fast, knowledge and friendly.

Just thought i should put in my two cents for the excellent service these people deliver at goodsure brokers.you guys deserve a five star for your speedy service and professionalism.if there is any other reviewer saying otherwise i would surely contend.keep up the good work GOODSURE.

Goodsure Brokers delivered way beyond expectations
The service of Goodsure (Tracey being the broker) and their underwriters has left me speechless. I have never had a claim so painlessly and professionally completed in over 30 years of being insured. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Goodsure Brokers delivered way beyond expectations
