I intentionally never buy an SAA ticket but recently was put on a flight of theirs from Jhb to CT as the last leg of an international flight of Lufthansa. I assume SAA is a partner/code share airline. SAA lost my baggage between JHB and CT - that took some time to sort out. I was scheduled to return to Europe tomorrow - but Lufthansa has cancelled my return trip due to the fact SAA logged me as a NO SHOW on the arrival leg of the JHB to CT flight. I was on the plane, they lost my bags, I submitted a baggage report when I landed in CT and now SAA has me as a now show on that flight which has now resulted in a bigger mess with Lufthansa. Words cannot actually express my dislike of SAA and the overall incompetence of the company. It is little wonder why SAA has been such a drain on the SA economy over the past 2 decades. They are 100% ***********.
This is regarding their online shopping platform - terrible experience. One of the products I ordered (12 units of it) was unavailable (although it said available when I placed the order online) - Makro, without my consent, shipped a similar product in place of what I wanted. before the order shipped, I called Makro twice and sent 2 emails telling them I did not want the replacement and to only ship the remaining products I wanted. They did not get that right. I now have to jump through hoops to get the unwanted and unordered items returned before I can get a refund. Terrible online shopping experience and will never shop online from makro again.

I have had the unfortunate experience of having this company as a tenant in a building I manage in Cape Town. They have zero respect for other peoples property, they trashed the building, ablutions, kitchen etc. Always late with rent, never short of excuses. This company and its culture is the worst.
FNB is so way ahead of their competition re customer service that I wish I could give a 6 star rating. Forget any other bank in SA - FNB is the ony one worth being a customer of at this stage. Thank you FNB & Chase Rynhardt who is my banker - legends.
I have just closed all my Standard Bank Ac****s after banking with them for 20 years. I should have done it years ago. I also bank with FNB and the difference in service is so obvious that I do not know why I bothered staying with Standard Bank over the past decade. I lost my wallet and had to replace all my banking cards - FNB came to the party, made it hassle free, did not charge me for the cards, couriered them to my brother as I am overseas currently and just made is so easy. Standard Bank charged me for replacement cards even though my cards expire withing the next 6 months, would not courier them to my brother, wanted me to send a hand signed letter via internatioal courier to a branch for pickup etc. Just a waste of time. Anyway, 2 stars is being genrous. I had to jump through some hoops to close my accounts as well. NObody bothered to ask why.
Eazi, especially Karen, is an amazing company to work with in order to sell ones home. Karen went out of her way to help to sell our property. Eazi and Karen were professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Now that our home is sold and I can work out the saving compared to using one of the old and traditional commission based real estate companies, it is incredible. The same professional service and a fraction of the price. I highly recommend Eazi.
The service of Goodsure (Tracey being the broker) and their underwriters has left me speechless. I have never had a claim so painlessly and professionally completed in over 30 years of being insured. I cannot recommend this company enough.
I have been trying to cancel my home insurance since 28 December 2018 with 1 response to my 7 emails to date about it. I have escalated it to ********** with a response coming from Nadia on 16 January 2019. Since then nothing. I have had to resort to dealing with my bank to try to stop the debit order coming off again at the end of this month. Woolworths, a response to my emails and a refund for January would be appreciated.
