Bad bad service

G.A.P is truly not customer friendly, I paid over R6000 for an upgrade, it was said to me that with the new upgrade I won't experience problems with my alarm when it is loadshedding?well that was a huge lie asy alarm is not even 3 months old an well it is already giving me problems. When I called Andries he doesn't take my calls neither does the owner reply to emails.WORST SERVICE EVER 🤬
