I have come to realise that now google is charging us exorbitant amount for a space clean up in our emails, this is a pure ****. Very frustrating and ******ion. If there is a reliable email and phones i am the first 1 to jump ship. Google via gmail account are extoting money from us, pure capitalism

This billing is extremely unfair, and I feel my concern is not being properly addressed. To be very clear: we cancelled the account. The account was later reopened only because we needed to retrieve a single file from Google Drive, which required assistance and took several days to resolve. At no point did we intend to resume service or start a new billing cycle. Despite this, we are now being billed for two accounts for an entirely new month, even though the service was not being used. This does not reflect actual usage and does not respect our original cancellation. We are experiencing financial hardship, which is why the account was closed in the first place. Charging us under these circumstances is unreasonable. We are requesting this charge be reversed and that this case be escalated to a billing supervisor for review. Please confirm next steps toward issuing a refund.

I cancelled my Google One subscription because I thought the amount deducted from my bank account was a ****. I’ve now realised it was legitimate. Please assist me in reopening/reactivating my Google One subscription. I don't get any reaction from Google One subscription I am not paying twice for o e year subscription.

Since August 2025 Vodacom have been deducting in excess of R600 from my account for Google Play subscriptions, purchase bundles; all of which there is no evidence on my Google account / subscriptions and after visits to their store, many calls and inquiries, they tell me to contact Google. Google require a reference to be entered which should be reflected on Vodacom account, however according to Vodacom no such reference is reflecting. I cannot continue the process of submitting form without the reference. Between Vodacom and Google I am unable to resolve this matter. I have had over R2000 deducted in 3 months !! What is the point of having a Vodacom account if you have no airtime. HOW does one resolve this with Google if you have no reference number from your mobile carrier? I cannot cancel my Vodacom account as I am obliged by the contract to continue with my terms, but I have no available airtime because it is deducted as soon as it appears refreshed in my account, so basically I am paying for nothing (my phone is old and paid for 3 years ago, I only subscribe for the benefit of airtime). I am desperate to resolve this matter.

You have a Gmail account, sign up to another service provider as soon as possible. For years all is going well untill you think you need more space and sign up for their monthly storage just to find out they are going to block your account as soon as you unsubscribe. They tell you you reached your limit and that your mailbox will stop working just to make money out of you. There is a lot of service providers out there, do not be fooled.

You have a Gmail account, sign up to another service provider as soon as possible. For years all is going well untill you think you need more space and sign up for their monthly storage just to find out they are going to block your account as soon as you unsubscribe. They tell you you reached your limit and that your mailbox will stop working just to make money out of you. There is a lot of service providers out there, do not be fooled.
