GOPAL'S LEATHER AT GATEWAY SHOPPING CENTRE

I bought a beautiful purse from Gopal's at Gateway in Umhlanga. I got home and realised it was too big to fit in my handbags. A colleague was going to Gateway and said she would return it for me. She came back to work the next morning and said there wasn't a problem returning it. Then Gopal's at Gateway called me to check my banking details, then they called back again the next day to say they had done the transfer! I was absolutely blown away by their service.
