No response, no delivery!

I ordered 500 business cards and received a quote timeously. Made payment and was promised delivery in 3 - 5 working days. It's been more than 10 days since I enquired about delivery and nothing.

Can't get hold of them, no telephone number on website. And no reply from emails!

This is very frustrating.
