I ordered from Amazon and it arrived in SA without a problem. When it was meant to be delivered to me they lied and said they attempted to deliver but this was not the case. Then they said that my delivery address was wrong. More lies! I tried calling them and no answer at all from their office. They are giving me the run around. It's very frustrating.
I ordered 500 business cards and received a quote timeously. Made payment and was promised delivery in 3 - 5 working days. It's been more than 10 days since I enquired about delivery and nothing. Can't get hold of them, no telephone number on website. And no reply from emails! This is very frustrating.
Excellent service and delivery from start to finish. Cannot recommend enough. Please consider them for your next purchase, you cant go wrong!
I woke up on 5th May to find out that my cell number which I use primarily to run my practice was disconnected and not registered on the network anymore. I called the call centre a few times all weekend only for them to tell me that the number was disconnected incorrectly when I had cancelled another contract in my name. 2 days later and still no luck. I have to wait 72 hours for my number to be sorted out by the mysterious back office who cannot confirm if my number will be given back to me or recycled to someone else. I have therefore been with no network for 3 days and with no resolution in the near future.
