I made a purchase over the weekend, I called today to see where the order but was not able to get hold of them as the phone number rings out. I then decided to email both email address for them to bounce back. The Instagram page hasn't posted since Oct 2024. There are similar reviews on HP for this year. Is the company still in open?

Tried solving a post sale issue via Takealot. So sad no-one answers land line or emails. Loosing trust from my side. Such a pitty. Products seems good, but lack of coms.....mmmmm. Wishing you well for the future.

This company is woeful as I tried calling 3 times during working hours on their contact number as listed on their website and it rings continuously eventually going into a voicemail recording. Theteafter, I tried for the 4th time and the number has a pre recorded message that states the company is unavailable. I was looking to purchase quite a few items and needed to clarify some things before purchasing online but if I can't even get through this company, then it sets the tone and begs the question what sort of after sales service one can expect. Trust with a consumer is forged by the overall experience and service.as clearly this company knows verry little about.

Delivery partners form part of the busines model and primetime express is a poor option. You thus cannot bank on being informed accurately about your parcels location and time to delivery. Which throws your daily programme out of alignment. Strong pass because of this reason.

Thank you Gorilla Sports SA team for a hassle free return of goods and refund! It is really a worry if you buy something online and you are not sure if it is the correct product, and if not, will get your money back - no such worries needed with Gorilla Sports SA !!

I placed an order the 12th of September 2022. I then followed up to make sure everything was in order on their side. No reply. Later the day i asked to confirm again if they received payment and if everything is fine their side. No reply. The next day i followed up again. No reply. Today i want to follow up again, as they have not sent any communication, no ETA, no feedback, no tracking number, no customer support from their side. But i think they took my money and are now ghosting me. I work with Sales people daily, and the customer support we give compared to this company, is 1000000 times better. If they took my money and don't send me the products i will need to take this further. But it's impossible to say what is going on with this company. A company that gives constant feedback and makes a customer feel that they are in good hands, and can rest assured that the money they spent was not for nothing, is a company id rather support. But so far the experience here has left me feeling that i will no support them again. If a company looks after you, you look after the company.
