<p>I had a booking for Shark Cage Diving in Gansbaai for the 23rd December 2016. The deposit of R870.14 was deducted from my card on the 7th November 2016 after the booking was done.</p> <p>This trip was however cancelled on 22 December 2016 due to poor weather.</p> <p>I have been engaging with Shark Quests since 3rd January 2017 for them to refund my deposit. It is now 9 weeks after the trip was cancelled and i have still not been refunded.</p> <p>I have been warning them that i will be taking action against them, but they are simply ignoring my e-mails and phone calls.</p>
