GOSH make up brand All I can say ladies and gentlemen who are inclined, you cant go wrong with this brand. Yes they are a bit pricey but if you are patient like me and willing to wait for sales you are definitely going to score. I paid less than half the market price for their contouring gift pack as well as their Classics gift pack and I am so impressed with the quality of the make up. I have a feeling I may be spending to much money on GOSH products in the future simply because I cant resist. An eyeliner that goes on smoothly but does not budge one bit not for sweat or a swim yet comes off easily with some baby oil or make up remover, and the rest of their products are equally as good. I'm so happy with my purchases and would highly recommend their products. (I bought my stuff on sale on Talealot.com).

<p>I had a booking for Shark Cage Diving in Gansbaai for the 23rd December 2016. The deposit of R870.14 was deducted from my card on the 7th November 2016 after the booking was done.</p> <p>This trip was however cancelled on 22 December 2016 due to poor weather.</p> <p>I have been engaging with Shark Quests since 3rd January 2017 for them to refund my deposit. It is now 9 weeks after the trip was cancelled and i have still not been refunded.</p> <p>I have been warning them that i will be taking action against them, but they are simply ignoring my e-mails and phone calls.</p>

Here's a reminder of what I requested in that message you ignored. <br /> <br />It was about reimbursing my uncle for trip, which he wasn't able to go on due to weather, and was charged roughly R4 000. In email conversation you had with him you said that refunding this money wasn't issue and assured him that you'd be giving the money back, because services were not rendered.</p> <p>That was 6 months ago!</p> <p>Since he lives in Canada, and time zones makes communication and phoning you at office hours difficult, he asked me to step in and help - I live in Cape Town.</p> <p>Now that I've phoned you multiple times, emailed you, got through to an old employee who wasn't impressed her number was still on your site, and still experiencing radio silence it can only mean one thing. You've already used the money to purchase other items.</p> <p>Like a new office kettle, or new flyers to hand out to other tourists at the V & A Waterfront, I could list items that you've used the money for, for DAYS! Why have I said these thing? <p>Well it would seem I'm the latest in a long line of people who has booked and paid for a Great White Shark experience. It would seem the modus operandi is for Tanya to message you the day before and tell you that the outing has been cancelled due to heavy seas. I was offered a refund because I was returning home the following day. Needless to say, I have never had my refund. Avoid at all costs!!</p>

ALERT!!! FRAUD!!
had booked and paid for a shark cage diving for 6 January 2016, several months ago. The day before the dive was scheduled I had contacted the company (Go Shark Diving) to confirm the location, and I was told that the dive had been cancelled due to the fact that the company wanted to take their clients instead. I also emailed the them and spoke with Tanya stating that it is unacceptable to cancel a dive that I had paid for just so that they can take someone else. She stated that my money will be refunded promptly and then never responded to any follow-up emails or phone calls. The money has still has not been refunded (it is now 20 January) and no one is responding to my emails or phone calls. When I went onto hellopeter.com and found that there had been several complaints about the same matter, where the customers pre-books and pays for the dive and then the company cancels at the last minute with no refund and no -one contacts the customers back, the whole thing now seems to be a scam and an act of fraud and theft. I also went ahead and filed a police report on this company.
