<p>Hello @GoSharkDiving,</p> <p>I emailed you about refunding my uncles trips in an email, and told you that I wanted to resolve this out of the public spotlight - but no. Here's a reminder of what I requested in that message you ignored. <br /> <br />It was about reimbursing my uncle for trip, which he wasn't able to go on due to weather, and was charged roughly R4 000. In email conversation you had with him you said that refunding this money wasn't issue and assured him that you'd be giving the money back, because services were not rendered.</p> <p>That was 6 months ago!</p> <p>Since he lives in Canada, and time zones makes communication and phoning you at office hours difficult, he asked me to step in and help - I live in Cape Town.</p> <p>Now that I've phoned you multiple times, emailed you, got through to an old employee who wasn't impressed her number was still on your site, and still experiencing radio silence it can only mean one thing. You've already used the money to purchase other items.</p> <p>Like a new office kettle, or new flyers to hand out to other tourists at the V & A Waterfront, I could list items that you've used the money for, for DAYS! Why have I said these thing? Because without facts I am only left with speculations.</p> <p>Please can I have an answer, otherwise I'll have to speculate on what has happened to this money on a daily basis for the foreseeable future.</p> <p>Regards, <br />Mr Macfarlane</p>
