I had booked to go shark cage diving on the 26/03/2016 I got sent an e-mail the day before we were due to go out saying it had been cancelled due to bad weather. I then called the number provided via e-mail to arrange a reimbursement of my money I had payed but after countless efforts of phoning and listening to the phone just ringing and no one ever seeming to be at the office to answer.I then proceeded to send an e-mail and have been promised it has been put to the boss for the refund to be accepted,I now find I am getting no response once again and I still have not received my refund or a response as to when i can expect it. Its an absolute disgrace how a company can not communicate properly and sufficiently!!!!
