had booked and paid for a shark cage diving for 6 January 2016, several months ago. The day before the dive was scheduled I had contacted the company (Go Shark Diving) to confirm the location, and I was told that the dive had been cancelled due to the fact that the company wanted to take their clients instead. I also emailed the them and spoke with Tanya stating that it is unacceptable to cancel a dive that I had paid for just so that they can take someone else. She stated that my money will be refunded promptly and then never responded to any follow-up emails or phone calls. The money has still has not been refunded (it is now 20 January) and no one is responding to my emails or phone calls. When I went onto hellopeter.com and found that there had been several complaints about the same matter, where the customers pre-books and pays for the dive and then the company cancels at the last minute with no refund and no -one contacts the customers back, the whole thing now seems to be a scam and an act of fraud and theft. I also went ahead and filed a police report on this company.
