Terrible Customer Service
Shocking, terrible customer service. I will never reccommend this business to anyone. They dont even care. They dont deserve half a star.

14 Mar 2026, 05:30No,you dont understand, this query has been outstanding since 11 December 2025 (3 Months and 2 days to be precise). I have followed up on multiple occassions,some of which were ignored.
Yes the team has made contact, after the review on hellopeter, Wow, now you can respond, SHOCKING! And to think that queries are recorded on the said systems, not with gosolr, guess what I was contacted by two people asking me the same questions. So there is no record of the first person who called.You think I have time to repeat myself for over 3 months. And you want to put it on record that you understand my frustrations, ohhh please!
And by the way, the two people that made contact, had to arrange with the installers for sunday the 15th March 2026, and they were to come back to me with confirmation that the installers have been arranged and they will come through on sunday, and GUESS WHAT, nobody confirmed whether they will be coming through on sunday. So the response above that the booking has been confirmed, is not true. The booking was not confirmed. So yet we are moving on to another week in March. You must arrange a day to come and uninstall your system.Your service is TERRIBLE! And dont claim that you understand, because you dont.
