Fraudulent Scheming Dealership

If i could give it ZERO stars I would !

I’ve never thought a dealership can scheme the way they do in order to sell the sales manager’s personal motorcycle.

I’ve bought a motorcycle from Daly Motorrad in Klerksdorp with under 7000km , when it arrived it had a fault indication which I was told goes away when u ride it , I found that it was the battery which was faulty and had it replaced at my own cost , a week later while riding to work the chain broke off and caused additional damage to the motorcycle , the 3rd week I had it inspected and found brake pads were finished , yet I was told the motorcycle was serviced before it left the dealership , the sales manager pretended to be someone else when I called him initially, only when he realized I figured everything out he admitted that he was the previous owner , I then told him I wanna cancel the deal (Financing) he told me I can try and see how far i come , since he’s the “highest ranking” at the dealership , everyone else is following his orders, I’m trying to get the attention of the Director Andrew Daly
