poor service

Good day

I took my car to BMW Emalahleni on the 16/12/2019 after i was given a quotation of +60k that i was asked to pay 50% for parts before they start fixing the car which i gladly paid. problem starts when i go to collect my car and it was smoking badly. too cut a long story short i still don't have my car with me till today and its kind of difficult to get by as i use it for work. I am in communication with BMW customer service but so far nothing is happening. Its costing me a lot of money to get a cab every time i need to go to a meeting or any were for that matter.

help me please
