Poor Service Delivery

Evander was always a clean and neat town. Now it is a rubish dump. They fail to collect our refuse sometimes for 3 Weeks, the roads are in a terrible state with potholes espesially around the shopping areas. They dig up a road to repair a pipe and a year later they still have not re-tarred it and it has sunken in with piece of concrete that they threw in the hole protruding and can damage your tyres, this is the main access to a primary school and lots of people use this road.
