Woolworths in Secunda Mall has also gone from good to poor. For 3 days they never had Woolworths Hige Fibre Brown Bread and Tante Annas Brown Bread if You ask all they say is WAS NOT DELIVERED. It is now more than 4 Months that my Wife is looking for Pyjamas and Denim Trousers, they get new ones in but only Small and Medium when You ask where the Large and extra Large are they say they never got, ask them to order for You they say they are not allowed to order. WHAT KIND OF SHOP IS THIS if You are not allowed to order
My Wife went to PnP today in Secunda Mall to buy a few things and after passing through the till she went out the door when a alarm went off and security stopped her to check her basket. They found 2 80g cadbury chocolates that the lady at the till never cleared. They were paid for but apparently not cleared. The security Lady was very apologetic and said the till lady was supposed to clear them. My wife was very embaressed as everybody passing there thinks she stole something. So my Wife asked the Security lady to call the Manager Joyce who is always very helpfull but she was not there and so she called Thabo who was in her place. She saw the Security Lady call a man who dawdled over to her and on his way a young man who is his friend it seems stopped him and they stood chatting and laughing while my Wife waited for him, after almost10mins she could not wait longer as they were still chatting and laughing, so she went to him and asked if they called him because she is waiting for him. This young man who does not work for PnP or have anything to do with them stuck his finger almost in my Wifes eye and shouted aggresively for her to ****** off and leave them alone. Thabo the Manager did NOTHING he did not stop him or tell him to behave himself he just stood there whilst this man was abusive to a 77 year old Lady. When the young man finished and left and my poor Wife could talk to Thabo she explained to him what happened and all he said was SO WHAT. Not sorry I will speak to the lady at the till, no all he said was so what and turned and left. Another lady who was standing there and heard everything said to my Wife this is the last time I WILL NOT SHOP AT THAT PnP AGAIN. We have been loyal customers of PnP for more than 50 years. We shopped at PnP Hyper in Boksburg till PnP opened in Secunda and there till now, but this is the last straw. PnP Secunda Mall will not see us again except for me to go and tell that Thabo his fortune and see if he is man enough to try and treat me like *******. Before my Wife left and Thabo turned away that Young man came back and was abusive to my Wife again till the Security Lady grabbed him and told him to stop it. This PnP is why You are Loosing all Your customers, People like Thabo throw Your name away

My Wife has had an account for more than 40yrs with Truworths and today after standing around in Truworths for more than a 35mins they tell her they cannot find her account. WHAT IS GOING ON TRUWORTHS?? are You now also like Transnet and Eskom DISFUNCTIONAL THIS IS TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE

The only recommendation I can make is PLEASE answer your e mails and contact us messages, I ordered Saturday and Monday Itried to track my Order with the number You gave me and all it kept telling me is "CANNOT FIND ORDER" when it told me Tuesday the same I thought I was ****med again and have lost the money I paid. I aged 10yrs in 2 days. Monday I sent a e mail to the sales dept and tuesday I opened the contact us and sent a message. Up and till now NO REPLY. If I was not ****med 2 months ago I would not have worried. PLEASE ANSWER YOUR E MAILS. Once again THANK YOU for Excellent Service. Keep up the GOOD WORK, just answer your queries.
Govan Mbeki Municipality You have destroyed our town, our roads are one mass of potholes, 2yrs ago You dug up the entrance to Toulouse Drive to repair a pipe and after repairing the pipe just filled the whole trench with dirt You dug out but NEVER RETARED the road and it is BAD you can hardly ride there. Everyday People and Busses must ride in there to take their children to school. IT IS A ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Our Refuse removal has also become useless, in Toulouse Drive this month You have not collected our Refuse for 2 weeks running and it looks as though it will be a third week. Our Town was always clean and tidy but lately it looks like a REFUSE DUMP with all the refuse bags lying on the pavements and being torn by people and dogs. We pay for services but YOU DO NOT CARE
DSTV/ KYKNET & KIE have not even bothered to answer me on my last review I wrote about them that is why when you asked me if I would recommend them I gave them 0. NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE THEY FEEL NOTHING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS
KykNet& Kie just suddenly remove a soapie that we have been watching for years and replace it with a Turkish Novella. there is already a Turkish Novella on and now another. There is a enough ******ies and ****** in our Country and all those Turkish Novellas do is promote that type of lifestyle. I wrote a review on hellopeter about Vodacom not cancelling my contract that I requested in Oct.23 A person from Vodacom phoned me after the review and told me the contract was still not cancelled but that he would cancel it immediately and refund my money. That was 2 weeks ago and I have still not heard anything from Vodacom that it is cancelled or recieved my money they owe me. I can see come the end of the month They will still not have cancelled my contract and once again I will have to pay more because of their incompetance
I have been a loyal and proud customer of Vodacom since they started in South Africa, but lately they have become useless. You cannot get hold of someone to help You and if You do they are incompetant and do not assist You. most of the times You are connected to a Bot or a voice on the phone that tells You to push this and that. There is no more personal contact with a Competant person to assist You and fix Your complaint. I have been trying since October 2023 to cancel a contract that was upgraded without my consent. Eventually I managed to cancel it and was told the end of Nov it would be terminated. Begining of Dec I recieve my bill for Dec and it is right, that specific contract is removed and does not show on my bill. End of Dec when it gets deducted from my bank account the full amount including the cancelled contract is deducted. Now I have start from scratch and try and get someone to refund the extra money and ensure that my bill is correct, which is proving impossible. I have never been assisted by so many incompetant people, it is, THERE IS NO WORD FOR IT. I WILL DEFINETLEY NOT RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYBODY
