False Advertising.
I have been waiting for 2 weeks just to get my business registered. This is unacceptable. I'm really annoyed and unhappy with the service. Don't make promises and advertise your timeframe if it is not the truth.

False Advertising.

Have to Pay twice for the same service
Until last year they were great. Now the service gets bad. Dashboard dont get updated, you pay for one of the services then 20 day's later you get a final notice for the same service that you already paid for. Sent 6 to 7 emails without any answers. Just getting ignored by them. I GETTING VERY BAD SERVICE NOW FROM THEM.

Dashboard dont get updated, you pay for one of the services then 20 day's later you get a final notice for the same service that you already paid for. Sent 6 to 7 emails without any answers. Poor Service and Misleading
They take your money and then when you check your business on Bizportal, the company is being deregistered. If I did not check it on the Bizportal I would not have known. That is dishonest and you have an expectation that you are paying for a service that they would at least fulfil that. Please n0t not use them at all.

Poor Service and Misleading
They take your money and then when you check your business on Bizportal, the company is being deregistered. If I did not check it on the Bizportal I would not have known. That is dishonest and you have an expectation that you are paying for a service that they would at least fulfil that. Please n0t not use them at all.

Hello you apparent ****mers, would you please advise if you have ****** my money or if POT PLANT pty ltd or nearest alternative is registereable. As required in your next step of your process, I will not give you my Identity until I know that you are not potential dirty rotten scoundrels. I see that you are careful not to put the company that you advertised as available on your invoice, or on the page where you need the further sensitive info, like id's, addresses etc. (you know that most is available on the internet and you could get that data easily). Oh! , but then you wouldn't be getting paid for nothing more than possibly *****ulently collecting my data. I suppose there is a reason for your -67 NPS score on HelloPeter and a trust rating of just 2.4. I also suppose that you are just potential petty ******* that just Can't Understand the Nature of Trust Systems. The above is being posted to HelloPeter to assist with those that wisely do their homework before engaging with people that may behave like insects eating waste in a kitchen.

Do not trust Govchain
These people are ****mers and they do not want to pay back my money. I filed annual returns with them n their turn around time is 10 days, I paid them but on CIPC still shows that I didn't file my returns n my company will be deregistered, I trusted them but instead they didn't do what I paid for n now I want my money back n they giving me stories... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Do not trust Govchain
These people are ****mers and they do not want to pay back my money. I filed annual returns with them n their turn around time is 10 days, I paid them but on CIPC still shows that I didn't file my returns n my company will be deregistered, I trusted them but instead they didn't do what I paid for n now I want my money back n they giving me stories... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Poor service from Govchain
I app**** for registration of my company two weeks ago with Govchain. Their adverti*****t says from application to full registration takes 48 hours and you will receive all your paperwork and Certificates. It has been TWO WEEKS!! Using the poor excuse that government systems are under maintenance causing the delay. I wish I had done my due diligence to first do some research. I found post dating back to 2019 where Govchain used the same excuse with other clients. This is horrible and poor service! I would advice people to steer clear of Govchain and rather use the services of other more reliable companies.
