I have been waiting for 2 weeks just to get my business registered. This is unacceptable. I'm really annoyed and unhappy with the service. Don't make promises and advertise your timeframe if it is not the truth.
Can Standard bank please clarify why they charge us for sms sent to us in regards of activity on our accounts. So called Debit order MU primary SMS fee, why do we then pay a monthly fee? When was this implemented and what kind of communication channel was used to inform us?
While renovating their Langenhoven Park branch my mother hurt herself by falling over a shelf that was out of its position. We have made several attempts to contact them and even spoke to the branch manager, but they keep avoiding the matter and telling me that it was referred to their legal department. Is it possible for anyone to contact me as a matter of urgency?
