I first contacted them in Dec 2021, I sent all the docs in Jan 2022 and literally was registered only a month later. I do not believe this ombudsman is going to smoke the pipe- apparently over 500 complaints of money not being transferred in time (60 days as per GEPF brochure and website is the period in which GEPF must transfer) I do not think GEPO has solved a single complaint. Need to be investigated and monitored
