Yet again, the Government Printing Works (GPW) is unable to supply the green paper required for the NATIS system to function properly. They give new meaning to the terms incompetence and ineptitude, and remind one of the age-old expression: "Not even a donkey falls into the same hole twice..." The question that remains is how the GPW manages to so steadfastly remain irretrievably off the scale of incompetence - is it just plain and pure ineptitude, or could it be healthy doses of arrogance and indifference sustaining their achievement? "Mampara of the week/month/year/decade...?"

I wonder if you are aware that clinics don't examine ears, tongue and heart like they use to. I have been to clinics and never did I receive that important examination. Sitting outside the consultation room. 3 people that come out we all had the same medication. Is that possible? Do clinics run out of medication? What is going on?
