Erika became a huge ***** of a person when I confronted her about the spare parts we needed. We ended up getting a part elsewhere. We requested for a refund, its now been 4 weeks, no refund. They don't even answer their calls anymore, we believe we have been ****med. We are now working on getting lawyers involved. Do yourself a huge favor, spend your money elsewhere.
