Poor Communication

GPU Worx has had my GPU since March for repairs. I have had to keep following up with them for the past 9 months because there has been absolutely no initiative from them to keep me informed on the status of the repairs.

Having to wait almost a year to have a GPU repaired is ridiculous and I still have no idea when I can expect to have my GPU back.
