I have been trying to use multiple methods of reaching you team to exchange my faulty appliance that I purchased. Upon opening the appliance and using it for the first time it doesn't work and given an error message. I have tried to reach you through email, online contact form and online chat messaging and no one has responded, it has been almost 3 weeks since I started to try and make contact with. Please make the effort of responding to your customers.
