Graceland Secunda - Go-karts
Don't bother to visit the go-karts with your family. After making a booking - on arrival - there was no assistance. We made several phonecalls to the owner which told us to wait because they are on their way. We left an hour later...... No apologies made for the fact that they mest up our family's weekend excursion. PATHETIC!!!!

Don't bother to visit the go-karts with your family. After making a booking - on arrival - there was no assistance. We made several phonecalls to the owner which told us to wait because they are on their way. We left an hour later...... No apologies made for the fact that they mest up our family's weekend excursion. PATHETIC!!!!

Bad customer service from waiters
Waiting 3 hours just to get n waiter at a blackjack table.. Dealer tell u to clap your hand if u want a waiter.. We got the whole somking area to clap and no waiter still after 3 hours.. When the waiter arrives u wait anoutber hour for your drink to arrive.. Awesome casino but lack of service is form waiter is unacceptable.... Been there 2 nights in a row and same bad service.

Terrible service and incorrect information give
We arrived at 9am and pre-booked 3 rooms, golf course facing! Then after playing a Round of golf, we came back to check in and they said our rooms were booked to someone else. We came here in a big group for a golfing weekend, and they give away our rooms that we specifically asked for!!!! The receptionists then said oh well sorry. There is nothing we can do, when it was them who gave away our rooms. There was no customer service! They treated me like a no one, I am supposed to be a guest at a hotel/resort! I felt like I was a peasant! I recommend training for ur staff on how to treat customers. Really disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone !!!!
